We were recently without a home due to a fire and stayed at your hotel from April 27th through May 7th.
We cannot express how courteous and friendly the entire staff was to us and we wish to thank you. We will spread the word to anyone and every one we know.
this has been a very hard time for us and we cannot express how much we appreciate how you all went out of your way to make our stay the best it could be especially with our 2 family puppies that survived the fire with us.

St. Cloud, MN
My son who is a truck driver stayed there before and said it was a really nice motel. HE WAS RIGHT! We enjoyed our stay very much, and would love to stay again if we travel through the area again. The room was very clean, top to bottom. Believe me, I know this because my wife use to be a head housekeeper and she always checks the rooms when we stay in motels. The entire staff was very nice and polite. From the desk person to the housekeepers to the manager the next morning. Thanks again for a great stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay with you last week (5/4/2012). Your team provided exceptionally friendly, professional service (Pat, Jay, Robin, Zach), and the comfortable, immaculate lodge was a wonderful change from the noisy, impersonal city hotels I'm used to.
Also greatly appreciated were the refrigerator and microwave in my room, the excellent business center, guest laundry, van service to/from EGE airport, and the wonderful breakfast buffet.
I stay in hotels over 150 nights per year around North and South America, and yours is one of my all time favorites. I've stayed with you several times per year during my 11 years with NetJets and consistently receive exceptional service.
The remarkable enthusiasm and professionalism of your team also speaks volumes about leadership at the helm. Keep up the great work.
Monmouth, IL
I had to take time to write to tell you about how impressed we were with the AmericInn in Monmouth, IL. My family travels tons, to many states, and we stay at various hotels, usually the Hilton or Marriott. ( We've had some bad experiences with Comfort Inns, but that's another story for another day.)
We were in the area for Western Illinois University's graduation this past weekend (May 10 - May 13). When in Macomb, we usually only stay at the Hampton. Boy were we glad they were sold out. Lori and her staff were awesome. Lori worked as hard as the staff, and her leadership of them made for an amazing stay. The staff attitudes were ALL great. How unusual for not one staff to be negative.
Let me begin my list of Kudos - Great staff, calm, welcoming, no frenzied workers, CLEAN, let me say it again, CLEAN no musty/moldy smells that can ruin a stay! Pool clean, towels fresh, laundry always going. It felt like I was with friends and in their home. The staff took such pride in the appearance of the place and were so accommodating to all the guests. It didn't matter if things were light or there was a crowd, quality was consistent.
This may sound corny, but we got treated like Royalty. I feel like the AmericInn is a hidden gem I discovered.
Thank you again for a great place to stay with a great staff! You're doing something right is very competitive times.
