2012 Payment Processing Schedule

The 2012 TACS processing calendar is now available.  Click here to review the calendar so that you are aware of the deadlines associated with the program.

  • It is highly recommended that properties review their Travel Agent Commission records weekly.
  • All file batches must be reviewed and approved by 2pm EST on the dates listed below.  Failure to approve will result in all files be processed as is.
  • Your property will receive a Remit Notice the following Monday/Tuesday and debits will be initiated on the Thursday following the close of the batch. 
  • All payments to agencies will be made the week following the debit.
  • Holidays may affect the notices, debits and payments.  Please refer to the processing Payment Calendar for further details.
  • AmericInn is on a twice-monthly payment cycle.
